3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to accept or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else.
3.2 Pricing
Service prices are not displayed on our website, as each appointment is tailored to the specific needs of the client. To receive an accurate quote, clients must schedule a consultation or contact us by phone to discuss their service requirements.
Pricing will be discussed during the consultation. Once an agreement is made, an itemized invoice will be sent to the client. Payment must be made prior to service, and a confirmation will be issued upon receipt.
The invoice will include applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees, and mileage if mobile services are requested. Mileage charges are calculated based on the location provided at the time of booking.
Clients may change the service location up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any applicable refund or adjustment will only be made if the change is submitted within that 24-hour window. If the updated location is farther than the original, the client will receive an updated invoice reflecting the additional mileage. This invoice must be paid in full before services are rendered. If the new location is closer, a partial refund will be issued.
All pricing is subject to change until confirmed during the consultation and reflected in the official invoice.
3.3 Payment
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received before our acceptance of an order. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on the Site. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us.

5. Appointment and Service Delivery
Appointments are required for most of our services and can be scheduled via our scheduling link or by contacting us directly.
Services will be provided at our designated location or, in certain cases, at your location if arranged in advance (additional fees may apply for travel).
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
You can cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please contact our customer service team at info@provisionidentitysol.com or (480) 256-2162 to initiate the cancellation.
Refunds will be issued within three-business days after the cancellation request (excluding Saturday, Sunday and U.S. Bank Holidays).
Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
All appointments can be rescheduled before the appointment time. Please give us a call for other considerations.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Provision Identity Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provision Identity Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
